Very nice staff, we were able to store our suitcases before check in and after check out. The Onsen has 3 baths and one sauna with no additional cost to use. Really enjoyed staying at this very central hotel and would recommend to everyone!

Pretty much everything was fantastic: the location is unbeatable, the room was insanely spacious, the ameneties are incredible, the rooftop terrace was the cherry on top. The people working there are helpful, patient and friendly, the food is wonderful. It is expensive but you absolutely get your money's worth.

The location is very convenient— just across the port. The amenities are great. The onsen is amazing. The staff are very nice and thoughtful.
