They do all and everything to make your stay memorable. The public onsen in the ryokan was great, very serene atmosphere. The room was huge, with a private onsen. All the facilities are very clean. The food (dinner and breakfast) is amazing, tasty and beautiful. The city is nice and quiet, great to walk around. There is a small bamboo forest, a river runs thru it, nice buildings. The guests were mostly Japanese, and as guests from China, we received special attention from them. The meals they serve are nice. The boss found out that my child could not eat raw fish, so she offered to cook it for her. The hotel's hot springs are also very clean. There is a bus stop near the hotel and it is easy to get around. There were many small crabs in the surrounding fields, which made the child very happy.Guest review byManFamily with young children
