Great location, just next door to all the major sightseeing attractions. 700 meters from station. Breakfast options were amazing. Tried onsen first time and thoroughly enjoyed. We upgraded so had a large room.

They were happy to store our luggage for us from 7.30am of the day we were checking in. Checkout process was non existent, you just shut your door and left. There is a free drinks (including cocktails, spirits, wine) happy hour which lasts 6pm to 9pm, self serve. Breakfast was included in the price and was extensive and delicious. It was close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Instead of being available in your room, there was a supply area in reception where you could freely stock up on whatever you needed in the way of toiletries, tea/coffee bags, extra pillows and towels.
