Location is good, 10 min walk to the Kyoto Station. Has everything you need in the hotel. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet they got so much food. It's situated right next to Kamo River which was just so beautiful and there is a park that stretches alongside it. The ryokan itself is also very nicely done with a zen garden. The onsen was wonderful and well equipped. It had a hot spring feel to it. The kaiseki breakfast was top notch. Special mention goes to the milk which is really tasty. Room was great. It was big and spacious and the window view of the river and the trees just mesmerizes you.Guest review byZenFamily with young children
