We slept with the windows open for cool air, listening to the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, a really wonderful owner. We loved being greeted by a kitty and watching them enjoy the property! We enjoyed the private onsen. It was quite the culinary adventure indeed as their food was sourced locally. Their open air onsen and sauna facilities are excellent and so relaxing.
