The room we had was amazing, the dinner exceptional, the breakfast overwhelming. It was a stop we made between 3 days in Kyoto and 3 days in Tokyo and it was such a special experience, definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Staff is kind and attentive.

Exceptionally friendly, food outstanding and room utterly clean. They were so happy and excited about my 15month old baby and made sure he was comfortable as well. Ryokan and Onsen experience was one of a kind. I wish I could have booked more than one night.

Unfortunately this was a very small onsen town that most people wouldn't visit but because of that the staff were incredible as they weren't used to non japanese tourists. They bent over backwards to help us and inform us of how things work. The room had a large window overlooking the river and it was very zen watching the sunset. The private onsen was wonderful and i couldn't recommend the experience enough. If you want to get off the beaten track i would recommend this place as a great reset after a hectic japanese schedule.

Our room was amazing, both the room and hotel are very clean. The room was quiet, our private onsen and garden were beautiful we enjoyed them a lot. There is a cattle in the room with tea and also a coffee maker. The staff was amazing, really friendly, very attentive and helped with all our questions. They reserved restaurants for us and brought us with a car to the restaurants. They also helped with arranging transport for our luggage to the next hotel. There was also a dedicated English speaking staff member. The location of the hotel is also great, it's higher up in Arima, which makes it nice quiet.

We love everything about this accommodation. The staff were friendly, the facilities were exceptional. The kaiseki breakfast had no flaws. They were delicious. The yukatas are really warm so it was very comfortable for us to even go outside using them. The yukatas are even warmer than our jackets. We also got free slippers that we could write our names on. We also really love the kinsen and the onsen. They provide complete facilities too like a place to take a shower, soap, shampoo, hair brush, cotton pads, hairdryer, shower cap, and so on. They also provide lockers for you to put your clothes in.

We were warmly welcomed by the incredibly accommodating staff, which made our stay all the more delightful. One staff member was especially engaging—we even got her to listen to Treasure with us! I also appreciated that they allowed me to use the public bath despite having tattoos. However, I was advised to cover them with tattoo stickers. A heads-up for tattooed individuals: be prepared to do this if you plan to visit an onsen. As for the food, it was absolutely superb! One standout dish was the baked pear with cheese and Kobe beef—an unforgettable combination that tasted amazing!

This was our second time staying in this chain of hotels. They're compact and provide the bare necessities, but it was sufficient for a very comfortable stay. We got a double room, which was just right for us but already spacious by japanese standards. Beds were comfortable and they offer about 10 different types of pillows to bring up by yourself, at the lobby. They also had complimentary skincare samples and facial masks! Their breakfast selection was small, even smaller than their Shin-Yokohama branch, but it was delicious and varied from day to day. This room was a 10~min walk from the nearest station, Shin-Osaka, which was a very well connected station. There are tons of food options and some shopping spots inside it. There are also convenience stores easily reachable on your way to the station. We had a great stay in this hotel and would absolutely consider this hotel chain in other cities too
