The facilities were clean and well equipped, including a pool and hot springs. I stayed with a friend's family, but the children were delighted to have the rooms next to each other and to be able to connect the doors in the room. The perfect stop-off after crossing the Alpine Route from Toyama. Baggage-forwarding service from Toyama delivers directly to hotel. Spotlessly clean, located close to forest, very tranquil - spa hotel with own onsen - all traditionally Japanese, so if you want the Japanese experience, not the 'standard western hotel' experience, this is perfect.
