This was our second time here! It was a great stay as before! The hotel is beautifully decorated, very cosy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite. The breakfast is amazing, and really worth it! Massage chairs, onsen, manga room and complementary ramen at night were such a nice plus! Will stay here again!

The room was really clean, large enough and well equipped. The location was excellent, really closeby multiple metro stations. Breakfast was excellent, mixing japanese and french cuisine. Facilities were really good with excellent onsen with city view. Overall excellent experience

    The hot spring onsen was a bonus. We needed an interconnecting room. The hotel is right outside a metro entrance. Relatively easy to get Osaka Castle, Aquarium and Dotonbori.
