The hotel is beautiful with amazing views, from our room and Brickside’s deck, of passing boats on the Aji River and Tempozan Bridge and Ferris Wheel. Loved our room; big, clean, well-lit and well-appointed. The buffet was gastronomical. I chose this hotel as it was close to Universal Studios and it didn’t disappoint. USJ is just a station away from the hotel and we were conveniently at City Walk from the get go. Will stay here again for sure!

Fantastic hotel! Had a free ramen bar in the evening which was so tasty! There’s also free ice cream always available. The free public onsen is really relaxing (if you have tattoos, they’ll ask you to cover them up with tape), they also have a private onsen that you can book. Within the onsen there’s a milk machine for after and massage chairs. The cleaning is really in depth and takes them a while but it’s very well done. You can also leave a magnet that says to not clean the room, but they’ll leave you a bag with fresh towels and waters. The front desk was super helpful and spoke really good English.

Free ramen from 930pm to 1100pm, ice cream popsicle, and Yakult-like drinks! Me and my kids love it after a long day of traveling. Support from staff was also very friendly and communicative.     The hot spring onsen was a bonus. We needed an interconnecting room. The hotel is right outside a metro entrance. Relatively easy to get Osaka Castle, Aquarium and Dotonbori.
