We've stayed only for 1 night in Sapporo, and the location was perfect to be able to explore Sapporo for a short stay like this. The staff was very accommodating and they upgraded our room free of charge (thank you!). The facilities were in top shape and the room was very comfortable. Great value for money. Would definitely come back!

    The hotel has a wonderful ryokan feel to it which makes it such a special stay. The room was surprisingly spacious considering it is a hotel in a major city in Japan. The breakfast was delicious. The onsen was a wonderful feature in the hotel to experience the Japanese culture.

    Great ryokan style accommodation plus onsite onsen experience, room was great albeit a tad small for 2 big luggages. Otherwise everything was near perfect, love the whole design of the hotel all the way from the entrance, lobby, lifts and room.

    We liked everything about our stay at ONSEN Ryokan Yuen. The attention to detail, both in service and in the interior Architecture, are really outstanding. The breakfast is a must try experience. The Onsen is very clean and relaxing. Although the hotel is on the pricier side, it is definitely a good value for money.
