The food is very good and generous I think, I had trouble finishing everything. The place is quiet in the middle of the forest, I had a large room and the staff are very attentive to your needs. They have good English speaking staffs for foreigners. Our room was nice and clean. Most likely recently renovated. The onsen was great, such a lovely property I would definitely recommend staying for a couple nights and be treated to a real Japanese experience. It makes you feel like you just arrived at the haunted bath house in Spirited Away. The meals were fantastic. Onsen is very basic. But it was also priced very reasonably.
