It's very clean and comfortable. The outdoor onsen is nice. The indoor ones we didn't try (we only stayed one night). The beds are real mattresses. Breakfast is generous and in Kaiseki-style. This was also lovely and spacious. The dinner was delicious and exceeded expectations. Staff were helpful and provided breakfast for us half an hour earlier than their normal service.
