Featuring traditional Japanese hot springs known as ‘onsen’, these hotels allow you to take a relaxing soak in therapeutic geothermal waters. Traditionally, onsens were located outdoors but a number of hotels also offer indoor facilities for private or shared use. The healing properties of each onsen will vary depending on its location, with ‘kuroyu’ black water known for its positive effects on skin.

I'm surprised that the hotel has their own hot spring (Onsen type).
Overall, the stay is quite pleasant as the bed is very comfortable .
Lawson is right next to the hotel
Able to explore Narita town by foot and tried their famous eel unagi rice.
Easy transit to Narita Air in morning flight, first train at 5 am.

Hotel was beautiful absolutely loved that every floor was truly an era of art. We started our trip to Japan with Art Hotel and ended our trip with Art Hotel. Rooms are big, clean and spacious also staff are very helpful and welcoming to guests. Excellent customer service! Hot spring baths was amazing definitely an experience of culture. Also recommend the buffet restaurant breakfast and dinner was delicious so much variety and food tasted great 🥰🥰

Convenient as located near Narita airport. Family Mart inside the hotel is open 24hrs. Airport/city shuttle bus is available free of charge at the hotel. Nice hot springs spa !!! Great extensive buffet at the Narita Bold Kitchen! Worth a stay of 1 night or 2 if arriving at Narita airport before heading out to central Tokyo

The room, facilities and indoor onsen were extremely nice. Stuff was also very friendly and could speak English, which is good for people who doesn't speak Japanese. (But I could understand a little bit). The breakfast was delicious, but pricy tho. Also there's convenience store on 2nd floor, if you wish to buy something to eat. And shuttle bus to Narita Airport was very convenient. It took me around 20min to get there. I think I stay there next time I'm going to Japan.

I really liked the view that you get from the hotel.
Also the hotel provides you with a free bus service from the airport to the hotel and to other locations as well
The onsen(hot spring) is a life changer, like it was 10/10 and would highly recommend it (it's little weird that you need to walk naked if you are not used to it but other than that just an amazing experience (also go to onsen when it's cold )

Probably a bit far from the airport compared to other hotels. Free airport shuttle. The hotel had natural hot spring bath “Onsen” and the guest could use the facility by paying extra 700yen.
