The flat was very clean. Furniture was new ! Cozy and good location!

I booked this very last minute and the owner Nikolay was happy to welcome me. He gave me many great recommendations and information. I did stay in a basement room which wasn’t ideal but it was cozy and I had a good rest there. The area is quiet. It was very clean.

The hotel staff were nice and quickly fixed a misunderstanding. The rooms were big enough, very clean, and cozy. The bathroom was great with big shower cabin. Good variety of food during breakfast.

The SPA had all expected services, was comfortable well maintained. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchens and had good air-conditioning. All in all very good rooms for the offered price.

It was our second time in Hot springs. We had a nice stay, excellent spa, delicious food, kids club for our son, friendly staff. We will come back again.

Very clean and great relaxation experience. Breaffast and dinner buffets were great. Huge variety and very tasty food. The dining room manager arranged a vegan breakfast especially for me.

Hot Springs Spa is an exceptional experience for anyone who wants a huge, warm, indoor/outdoor pool, plus spa services. The buffet breakfasts and dinners are also very generous and of high quality. We visit as often as we can.
