The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need was there: a small kitchen equiped with a fridge and a cooker, a balcony with a great view. The apartment is near a busy street but it is still quiet, closer to the ski lift than to the town centre . The way you get the key is very convinient. We had a really nice rest there and we would definitely go there again.

I booked this very last minute and the owner Nikolay was happy to welcome me. He gave me many great recommendations and information. I did stay in a basement room which wasn’t ideal but it was cozy and I had a good rest there. The area is quiet. It was very clean.

Very clean, cozy, host was excellent, very responsive and provided many interesting insights to nearby localities worth visiting. Nature there was incredible, we enjoyed clean air and clear sky, had perefect sleep in very comfortable beds. Spa content was super.

Recently stayed at Hot Springs Medical resort and SPA and it was a delight. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect retreat. we have experienced massage services for all our big family, Catherine. Daniela and man ( unfortunately forgotten his name) perform very good services. The breakfast was not only delicious but also varied. The room was quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. Kudos to the attentive staff. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Everything. The staff was very nice and attentive. The rooms were big and comfortable and well eqipped. Bathroom was great. The SPA and hot springs were amazing. Very clean and great relaxation experience. Breaffast and dinner buffets were great. Huge variety and very tasty food. The dining room manager arranged a vegan breakfast especially for me.

Hot Springs Spa is an exceptional experience for anyone who wants a huge, warm, indoor/outdoor pool, plus spa services. The buffet breakfasts and dinners are also very generous and of high quality. We visit as often as we can.
