All staff were very nice and internationalized. The location is very good, the police's black patrol wagons are stopping in front of the building for 24 hours, though. We could walk to Egyptian Museum, Abu Tarek, famous Koshary restaurant and El Abd, famous sweet shop. Amazing location. When the air conditioner in the room stopped working, the staff immediately fixed it. The room was very clean.

Everything! The location is perfect near the malls and airport. The spa is fantastic and the pool is wonderful. The rooms are huge and very clean. The staff is amazing, very attentive and proactive.

Very clean l rooms, well equipped ,everything is available in the room , high speed internet , nice view and location breakfast is delicious, staff is very cooperative and helpful. I had my anniversary night in Kempinski and the room was decorated for me . Moussa from Butler service was really kind and helpful I will come again for sure and I highly recommend it for couples

Very good location and safe lifts. The entrance to the hotel is clean and welcoming. I came early and they gave us an early checking-in because of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable and big. The area was good and the rooms were sound-proof. Ac units worked well and wifi was also stable. The breakfast was very nice, and when we requested an omelette, extra bread and tea they provided us with them. Very safe location with lots of cheap food stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

the location is very good, the staff is great , Mr Toba and Captain Hassan (he does great massage) were always very helpful and very attentive. i arrived around 4 am , when I woke up the view of the pyramids was breathtaking! I honesty love the swimming pool , very clean... I was loving it here. the food also was amazing !! I cant wait to go back.
