Location is good... very clean hotel... staff is friendly....

Location was great. Walkable to main sites and museums. Staff were very responsive and helpful when needed. The place was very clean, shower great.

Good value for the money. Got upgraded to 5th floor with balcony with great views of Florence. Room large and clean. Bathroom included a bath. All very clean. Breakfast great selection. Only 5 minutes walk from Santa Maria train station and 15 minutes walk into the town.

Location, very clean and comfortable

Absolutely fantastic location with the best bar ever (Giacosa) just up the road. The room was small but beautifully appointed, very clean and we enjoyed daily room service which was a welcome bonus! Also absolutely lovely staff.

Adequate 3 star accommodation. Perfect location, close to city centre. All very clean etc, exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were super friendly and lovely and they cleaned the room daily. Breakfast was basic but had everything you’d need including coffee, pastries, fruit and yougurt.

We loved our stay here. The campsite and facilities are excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Our premium bungalow was lovely. We found the site very quiet and peaceful. The pool areas were busy but no more so than you would expect in August. In spite of this, we were always able to find sunbeds. We would definitely return here.

Excellent quiet location with good local facilities. The apartment was very clean with good cooking and bathing facilities. It is very handy for fast bus routes into the centre of Florence.
