The staff was very friendly and the guesthouse is very spacious, with a great view to the mountain and the sea. We were very well received and everything was clean and tidy! Top experience

There is a restaurant serving Japanese cuisine, and free private parking is available. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

At the ryokan, all units are soundproof. At the ryokan, every unit includes bed linen and towels. The location, ambiance, rooms, onsen, and food were all excellent. I would recommend this stay for anyone who wants close access to Shirakawago. We had our own car, though it seems you could also utilize their shuttle service with some advanced planning.

We have enjoyed wonderful balcony and window view of Mt. Fuji, extremely comfortable bath (including indoor and outdoor; public and private), late night delicious Ramen, as well as great wine with a nice price. This is definitely the hotel we would stay as if we were come back to here!

In-room massages can be arranged at an additional charge. Very nice hotel we stayed at a renovated room on a higher level. Very cool to look over the park. There is free parking available. Entrance to the park is free for hotel guests but you have to pay per ride or buy a day pass for 6000 yen. Onsen was also very nice. Very nice view from the breakfast hall but if it’s raining you will not see mt Fuji.

Perfect view of Fuji San and nice hot springs available. Perfect and warm staff who really helped us a lot, like late car picking for our pregnant friend and free delivery of my lost scarf. It is really a pleased and warm trip in the hotel, and would definitely rebook next time.
