Location. Stunning view and atmosphere. Sympathy from the staff. Kudos for Shujan for his kindness and informative interaction. Amazing food experience.

It also features a lounge with complimentary coffee and WiFi, a terrace and a garden. Free parking is available. We stayed in Shion room which was really special with a stove in the living room, a foot bath room and indoor bath. The outdoor public bath was really good too, and not crowded at all in the morning. The service provided by all the staff was very welcoming, making us feel relax and comfortable. Really enjoy the stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Nanjoen...the Kaiseki dinner was fantastic, the staff was kind and helpful, location was terrific.

Their staff are very skillful that they can parking our big size car, don't be afraid to ask them to park your car. Food is amazing and all kind of varieties, and do not need to worry about the hotspring, they have so many on site.
