The staff was just great, the kindness and the way they tried to accomodate any request made them the most warm and kind staff we have ever met in our three weeks trip in Japan! The room is a bit outdated but to be honest is not a big problem. The meals were just fantastic, little to add here. High quality good, great amount, every dish was explained at its best. I would defined recommend a stay here!

The room was big, comfortable, we booked the speedway view since in the summer you don’t see Mount Fuji and it’s was pretty amazing, you can see the cars practice and race! My boyfriend loved it and the museum is very nice too. Very nice staff too :)

Every room comes with a balcony with garden views. Our stay in Oshino was a truly unique experience and memory we will cherish forever. The house was beautiful and luxurious, especially the gorgeous zen garden and onsen hot bath. What really blew us away though was the food. We went for dinner and breakfast during our stay and the experience was incredible. There was an amazing array of beautifully prepared Japanese dishes lovingly served to us. All of it was delicious and felt like a fine dining experience from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and attentive throughout our stay and even helped us to book a taxi to our next destination. Oshino itself was a beautiful place which felt incredibly calm and peaceful. The view of mount fuji from our bedroom window was spectacular and it was a delight to watch the scenes change so quickly with the weather from such luxurious comfort.
