A true hidden gem! The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfy bed and a balcony overlooking the lake. There's also a lovely garden where you can enjoy dinner – the food prepared by the owners is absolutely delicious. We had a very relaxing stay.

We liked the wiew, room, food (the fish, both trout and koran was excellent) breakfast was also good. Place was very peaceful especially compared with hotels. The people was very friendly and helpful also. For the money you get good value.

Very relaxing and calm accomodation. Green and lush garden with direct access to water. We also had dinner and it is well worth it. The owner and cook/housekeeper were truly nice and welcoming.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The guest house was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location is great – quiet but still close to the center. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Staying at Rosas Home in Lin was truly a highlight of our trip! The location is absolutely stunning—right on the lake, with peaceful views and sunsets you won’t forget. Rosa is an exceptional host: warm, generous, and welcoming. She made us feel like part of her family. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated traditional charm. The owner of the house is a fisherman and catches fresh koran (the expensive and special fish found only in Pogradec and Lin) and you can accompany him in his fishing at 03.00 am to see the whole experience up close and enjoy it together with other fresh traditional foods cooked by the hostess for lunch or dinner at low prices and the fantastic view of the lake in a garden full of flowers. You felt like you had the whole house to yourself with the peace and quiet that the view and sounds of nature offer and the chirping birds accompanied us all day and made us immensely happy. The landlady is very kind, homely, and is there for you for anything you need at any time. The rooms are large, have plenty of space, and are very clean. The bathroom has everything you could need, making your stay in the apartment easier. Typical Albanian breakfast with homemade products such as jam, pancakes, cheese, and eggs. I recommend it and would be happy to come back.

    A warm welcome by the host. He offered a free private parking spot. Safely outside the street, opposite of the house. The rooms are very cozy and the multiple balconies offer great views or privacy. Everything was clean and well done.

    This is a family home - with the hosts themselves running all facilities. It's a very loving family (grandfather, father, mother) & they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room itself is very comfortable - reasonably spacious & spotless clean. Breakfast spread is nice as well. They even have parking space & they helped park my car when the turns are tight Would definitely recommend staying here with this family..

    Very friendly people. Private parking. Nice garden with seating options. Clean room and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator. We had a beautiful cool room on the ground floor with a small terrace, which was very nice. Good breakfast. Good airconditioning. There is a separate small garden on Ohrid lake with seating options and swimming options. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the guesthouse. And it’s a 10 minute walk to the center of Linn, where there is a nice restaurant with a terrace above the lake of Ohrid.

    This guest house was absolutely amazing. The location is beautiful. The people working in the guest house were incredibly friendly and helpful. The free parking is just round the corner. The dinner in the villa was amazing and so reasonable priced. We also made the most of the free breakfast and used the kayaks on the lake. All in all it was just the best stay. If I ever return to Albania I will be heading straight to Lin and straight to Vila 43!

    Very clean rooms, the building located just by the sea shore, in line with picturesque old cozy buildings that surround it. There is a walk to the great lake view, a couple minutes one way. Take good shoes and be brave! Fantastic fish dinner, great breakfast! Highly recommended for a couple nights to relax. Parking space is just for two cars so if you have more talk to the owner, might be difficult to accommodate nearby.

    Super friendly and helpful host living next door. She treated us like kings. She waited for us and cooked us a dinner even though we got delayed and arrived late in the evening! The house is stunningly beautiful on the edge of the lake with a open air dining area just above the water. Parking is 2 minutes walk from the house in a car park dedicated to the house. Strongly recommend!
