Amazing location with actual 360 degree views of the mountains. Lovely garden area to sit and enjoy meals and enjoy the views. Owner came and picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us to the trailhead the next day. We ordered dinner and there was so much food all of which was delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean. Also got a packed lunch the following day and it was a massive sandwich and delicious. Owner was friendly and helpful!

It was easy to find, follow the signs. It´s brand new house with clean rooms and evrything you need. For those who want to enjoy the peace of the mountains - it´s like a small summer cottage. This was our favourite place in all of Albania. The room was a dreamy cabin with the most beautiful view and comfiest beds. The staff were so wonderful, warm and kind. They provided breakfast and dinner that was family home made and everything about this place is above 5 stars. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Me and my parents stayed two nights at the guesthouse Freskia. It was a perfect choice for us. We were looking for a basic room in a local guesthouse we’re we can experience an authentic atmosphere. And we got exactly what we’re looked for. The family is so friendly and kind, they did everything for us to make our stay great. The breakfast and dinner was so good and made out of local groceries and the homemade Raki warmed us while it’s was getting cold outside. We wish them all the best! Thanks again for everything!

Very helpfull host. They picked me up w their car from the minimarket village after I returned from Blue Eye.( If you came from Shkoder, the bus will leave you at minimarket village -so from here another couple of km until guesthouse). Amazing dinner and breakfast! All traditional and natural. Great view w the Mountains and so quiet overnight. You will hear only the rooster in the morning Will definitely recommend!

The owner greets you with warmth and good vibes from the beginning of your stay until you leave. He and his family were very friendly and helpful even when we gad special request, he was fast to fulfill them. The house is new and clean and has all required facilities as well as free parking. The food was very tasty and always fresh. Highly recommend eating at their restaurant. I have nothing to complain about. I wish the place all the success it deserves.

This accommodation is new for 2023. It is an attractive wooden chalet style building with seven rooms. All the basic needs, hot water, comfortable bed and good shower are met and the location surrounded by mountains is stunning. It is run by a lovely husband and wife couple who do everything to make the stay a comfortable one. Breakfast is buffet style and substantial. Dinner taken at extra cost is cooked to order and is very good quality. Car parking on site. 10 minutes by car from Theth village and convenient for all major attractions.

The host family was really nice and the rooms smelled like wooden buildings. The breakfast was really delicious and we had dinner there one time which was pretty delicious too (12€ for the vegetarian meal). The location is really good to get to the blue eye. They had their own parking lot in front of the house.

Such a lovely place with good food! Amazing views which you can enjoy sitting in the garden! About 2km from Theth, but you know that when you book it and you can use a short beautiful hike of 2-2,5km (which you need some explaining for) or use the road (although be careful), just some free exercise in this beautiful area (or use your car). There is a new paved road which brings you close to the blue eye ( with a short hike from the parking lot, about 5km in total)

Beautiful peaceful location, opposite info centre, very friendly hosts always available to help, car parking available, few mins walk from the shop and restaurant. Good breakfast with local food and fresh baked bread. We had dinner one night and were served delicious local home made food, for 10 eur pp, more than we could eat. Spring water on tap. Highly recommend.
