It’s a beautiful small new hotel in the middle of a peaceful stunning landscape. The owner and his staff are very friendly and courteous. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! Everything fresh right from the garden. The room was very clean and the interior and equipment was great. It was actually one of our best stays in Armenia. We can definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel!

everything and the host's hospitality and support beyond the rest. beautiful very thought through design, small but comfy. we had a projector in our room! shared kitchen is fully equipped. it is placed perfectly as well, everything is walking distance from the train station, city center, shops, restorants. highly recommend this place.

Very nicely designed room in a central location. They saved us a parking spot right at the entrance of the hotel, which was really convenient. The girls at the reception were really kind and the nearby restaurant that the hotel recommends for breakfast (it’s called Herbs & Honey) is great! Highly recommended.

The stay was perfect! Absolutely comfortable and clean room with everything what you need! Staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. While we were waiting for our room, they offered coffee to us. Breakfast is fantastic: eggs bread and various snacks included)) I highly recommend staying in this hotel. Very good location, staff is kind and helpful. The whole hotel is so clean. Nice bar they have. Very comfortable.
