Beautiful property. Modern and tastefully designed and decorated. Breakfast was abundant and bed was very comfortable. Only a short drive from Salzburg and bus stop very close by. It also has a beautiful garden terrace and kids play area.

Staff could not do enough for you, location was beautiful and access and frequency of buses great. Breakfast was the best buffet I’ve ever had and pool and spa area clean and relaxing. Restaurants food was excellent quality.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel's location near the public bus station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with guidance on the must-visit spots in Salzburg. Friendly staff, quiet, safe location, plenty of parking, tasty breakfast, 2 big gardens very well maintained. It doesn;t serve dinner, but there are restaurants 10 min walk away from the hotel. The hotel is only 10km (20min) away from central Salzburg by car. The bus station is around the corner. The Eagle's Nest and the Rossfeld Panorama Strasse (Panoramic highway) are only 20 min away by car. The cable car is 5 min drive or 20 min walk away from the hotel. You can hike to the same location (Untersberg) (1300m ascent) from parking situated 5 min drive away - get there early as it gets filled up pretty quickly. You can rent bikes from the hotel and take advantage of the multiple trails that go to the city or neighbouring villages or towns.

Stayed here with my family of 4 people from 25.12 to 28.12.23. My choice fell on this apartment, because initially saw on the photo first-class of the apartment, good location and adequate cost. Nearby in 3 minutes walk from the house - the final stop of two OBUS (#3, #8), which crosses along the whole city. The owners turned out to be very pleasant and welcoming Eva-May and Robert. They have created the apartment very thoughtfully and lovingly. You should realise how quiet it is, as the apartments are in the private sector. Free car parking is offered. We had a dream to visit Salzburg, to see the mountain lake in St. Gingen with a boat trip, to ride the cog train, the cable car and the castle funicular. And everything turned out to be realised! So I highly recommend to stay here in these apartments!

We stayed in the top-floor apartment. It's a lovely apartment not far away from Salzburg. The apartment is reasonably big and clean. You can reach many restaurants and attractions easily by car. The apartment has an amazing jacuzzi bathroom. In summer you can use the pool.
