We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

During check-in the staff provided full information regarding services the hotel offers and timing. The check-in itself was very smooth only 2 mins. Organisation of facilities of hotel spa and spa area. Great place to stay for relaxation and recreation. The rooms are huge, and well organised. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was so so so amazing 😍😍😍😍 I would say thank you so much for Mr.Alexandra for her welcome and kindness and always she was help us and answered all our questions with so nice behavior 🙏🏻. I have eaten at many Michelin restaurants and eating here is comparable if not better. It was a joy to go for food every meal. They even have a snack, which is a meal, after the slopes, 3-5. Awesome hotel with great views and rooms and the staff are super.
