We liked the modern, stylishly furnished, very clean and comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, mountain Unterberg view from the balcony, warm responsive hosts, convenient parking next to the house, and excellent location relative to Salzburg (10 minutes to the centre by car) and very close to the impressive Hellbrunn Palace complex with a vast park. There are two large supermarkets a few steps from the house. The bicycles provided to us by the hosts were a nice bonus (there is a wonderful bike path along Salzach River right from the house to Hellbrunn). Also, we have got from the host excellent advice on the sights and hikes of the area.

Our stay at Kolibri Apartment was truly exceptional. The apartment was not only incredibly clean and modern but also beautifully designed, creating a serene and stylish atmosphere. The comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout the space ensured a truly restful and enjoyable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation via buses and train which allows us to travel to the city effortlessly. The owner was incredibly responsive, addressing our concerns promptly and making the entire booking process smooth and efficient. Without a doubt, this was the highlight of our Austria and Germany trip. The room was really clean and pretty and I had a very pleasant stay. The bed was also very cosy and comfortable, and I was very thankful for the small tube of conditioner that they provided. The hosts were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location is also good with nearby bus stops, though the altstadt was also just a short walk away.

    Very nice apartment with all necessary amenities. Nice view of the mountains. Very easy check in by app so we didn’t have to do that at arrival. The donkey woke us up in the morning - we’ve never tried that before, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Great parking space.

    Excellent location, less then 20 minutes drive to Salzburg center. Bus 160 stops in front of the house. Dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Comfortable and very clean. Own parking place inside the property. Billa and Hofer in 2 minutes. Close to the road but very silent.
