Very friendly and accommodating lady that gave us our keys. Good, flexible and very friendly contact before arrival. Apartment was wonderful. Enourmously clean, light and spacey. Enough room to put our stuff in. Apartment is only a couple of minutes from the bus stop but we only used the bus once. We walked to and from the village most of the time. It’s really only a 10 minute and beautifull walk to do. Can highly recommend Kolmblick!!

We would like to thanks all the staff from MalisGartern for their professional approach, especially the Calvin who was very helpful, kind and always ready to assist. Also big thanks to Anton, and also Judy our guide for hiking. She is very big professional and kind person. We spent a very nice day hiking in Tirol Alps. Also big thanks to Simone from the bar, she is big professional bartender and always prepare tasty drinks for us. The environment of the hotel is very quiet, which suits for us very well as we were looking for relax. The pool, Spa and garden were amazing and our jacuzzi on the balcony was the cherry on the top :) We would like to fully recommend this hotel and definitely will come back!

for the price it was better than perfect, very clean and tidy. this is a very axpensive area which makes it even better for it’s price. good kitchen with a dishwasher. the appartement has a balcony and 2 very big windows along with one smaller one which also adds to it’s value

    This place is for those,who prefer quite and relaxing place. The trails are just behind the house,perfect location with beautiful views. The owners were fine with dog.Also a part of the apartment is a small garden with sunbeds towards nice hill views. Parking was no problem. Really nice place. There was everything in the kitchen you need. I did not miss anything.
