The host is very friendly and accommodating. The internet is decent, especially considering this is a pretty remote location. Kitchen, toilet and bathroom are on the same floor as the bedroom. There was an enormous, well designed parking area at the back of the hotel, so no sweat over finding a safe place to park a hired car. There was plenty of space for the three of us and everything in the apartment worked well. Any questions we emailed the hosts before and during the trip were answered very quickly and pleasantly. While it is hard to imagine staying there without a car, parking was easy and the connections good. The park and ride at Salzburg was about a 20 minute drive away as was the lake at Mondsee.
