The front desk was exceptionally helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The multilingual staff made communication effortless, which was a great relief. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of magazines and books available for reading. There were plenty of daily activity programs to enjoy, keeping things lively. The facilities were clean, and everything was managed in an orderly and professional manner.

Extremely good localisation! The ski slopes are really just outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious! Saunas were always empty so we were able to use them. The swimmingpool has water at a very pleasant temperature. The gym was also usually empty and easily usable. It was very silent in the hotel. It is a very good option to buy dinners at the hotel as there is very limited number of other open restaurants in Obertauern!

    The view was spectacular. In apartment was everything we needed. We had two bathrooms, bedroom and living room with kitchen and sofa. Beds were very comfortable, we had free parking and dog was for free. In town was one open restaurant and that's it. There was really calm and quiet.

    Great rooms and modern facilities! Very bright hotel, lots of wood and glass - feels brand new. The spa (sauna, infrared,..) and the big swimmingpool were superb. Free parking option inside the hotel garage. Very Helpful and friendly staff!

    Our friendly host, Monika, has been amazing. She handed over the key cards and showed us around the apartment that was very pleasant, well equipped and clean. The view is spectacular. Ample underground parking spaces. The location is perfect with a bakery and restaurants on the doorstep. The surrounding area is spectacular, lots of walking trails in the mountains, cable cars, lakes and an amazing waterfall nearby. If you want a great holiday, you will need to go to Insieme in Obertauern.

    Very close to the slopes! The place is located right near the slopes, as you can just go from the ski room through the underground parking and you're there, near the two largest ski lifts. The rooms are basic not big but very clean. The breakfast very expensive for me, no kettle in the room even for a wee coffee cup at morning for people who are not interested breakfast option. The all receptionist are very nice and helpful!!!
