The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the owner, Philipp, who is incredibly nice, welcoming, and warm. He graciously waited for our late check-in and provided us with many helpful tips for our trip. The property's location was superb. Upon entering, you're greeted by a pleasant fragrance. It's situated in a quiet area of Saint Gilgen and boasts a great view of both the lake and the hills. The balcony, in particular, was a place I wished I could stay forever. Our room was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. They even provided thoughtful extras like fruits and nuts, which you don't typically find in other properties. The in-room facilities were complete, including a tea maker with various teabags and a Nespresso coffee maker. The owner's attention to detail throughout the entire property truly stands out. Every aspect, from the shared areas to the individual rooms, was meticulously cared for with a wonderful perspective. This clearly demonstrates their genuine care for their guests, which is incredibly valuable. I was on a road trip and only stayed for one night. Honestly, if I had known about this property in advance, I would have definitely booked it for a longer period instead of staying in Salzburg. I would have happily traveled to Salzburg by car during the day and spent an extra day simply enjoying the property itself. I can only say our stay was wonderful, and I will definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone.

The location is in a quiet part of town, so you can sleep with the windows open, a well-equipped room and bathroom, a balcony with a view of the nearby mountains, neat and clean room. What a wonderful little apartment. The shower was great! The bedroom had plenty of room to move around the bed, and the windows had blackout shades. comfortable living room area if you’d like to sit someplace along with a dining table and a kitchen with all the conveniences. I also appreciated the extras that you could purchase while staying there, like having a load of laundry, done, or purchasing tea or coffee to have in your room while staying there. They also provide a great breakfast each day.
