We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

After a long drive from Prague on the way to Italy, we decided to stop in Wattens for some rest. We arrived quite late, but the self-check-in machine outside was efficient and made the process smooth for us. When we made it there, the parking was available right in front of the hotel for free. If not, there are other parking spaces around the area as well which makes things even more easier! The vending machines inside & nearby were a nice touch, offering snacks, water, and other essentials. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The medium-sized bathroom was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before continuing our long drive back to Italy. The receptionist at checkout was fantastic and even offered us museum tickets - but sadly, we didn't have time.

    The owner is very kind and hospitable. Even though we only came to spend the night, snacks and drinks were waiting for us there. A covered parking space is an additional advantage. And this wonderful view of the mountains after waking up

    The flat was very well furnished with lots of kitchen amenities, bathroom amenities. It was well insulated, warm and quiet. We slept very well. Convenient off street parking. On arrival our hosts had prepare some food for us, there was wine, lovely herbal tea...they even baked gluten free bread for my daughter. Sonja and Gunther were friendly, helpful and warm. It was such a lovely stay
