Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area. Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants. Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train). Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too. In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

The breakfast was very good, maybe i would preffer a little more variety (toast, or wursts) but the orange juice was perfect and the fruits also! The location of the hotel was perfect too because it was close to the slope, to the supermarket or to the centre. We liked the shuttle bus too. People who worked there were very polite.

Spacious, clean and super friendly staff. It was so convenient to have a few items at reception to prepare dinner. The decor, furniture and linen were of really high quality and Doris was incredible with responsive communication and welcoming us. The truck with bread and fresh pastries was such a lovely surprise the next morning and we got great snacks for the road.

    Totally new accommodation, perfectly clean, plenty of gadgets like radio in bathroom, intim colored light. All the equipment available like at home (dryer, toaster, dishwasher, coffeemachine tassimo…). Nice terasse, parking space in front of house, playground and basic new toys for kids. Fast internet, smart TV. The host family very kind, helpful, caring and communicating. Very calm area without any noises. Pleasantly chilly apartment in hot days. Comfortable beds.

    The apartment we had is the smallest in the building. Nonetheless, amenities, quality of furnishings and infrastructure are great - everything you need. Despite being street side it was quiet. Schalber family invested in high quality materials. Access to sauna, steambath is an added benefit. There is parking only 2 minutes walk from the property. 1 minute walk to the underground subway. Host (Mrs. Schalber) was helpful, kind and accessible when we had a question or concern.

    warm well equipped apartment on the edge of the mostly car free village. You have your own parking space a very short walk from the apartment. Leave the car there and use underground train to get to the ski lifts.

    The appartement was spacious and well equipped. It was clean and had a balcony with view on the mountains. The U Bahn was just around the corner, so easy access to the lifts as well as the parking lot. Breakfast was nice. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.
