We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The property is extremely beautiful, and the view from both the bedroom and the living room is simply breathtaking. The large terrace is perfect for sitting outside and admiring the mountains – truly unforgettable. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the owners are exceptional people. The hostess is an outstanding woman who did everything possible to make us feel at home – and indeed, we felt exactly like home. Their warm hospitality completely won us over. If we could, we would give a rating much higher than 10. We will definitely return with great pleasure!

All the staff are really friendly. You feel like you're among friends from the moment you arrive. We dined there every evening as there was something for everyone and it was delicious.     The welcoming was just amazing! We were greeted like family members. The man at the reception even asked did we eat already (because it was late evening) and hold a kitchen for us! The hotel is in the heart of town, great place, near market, good parking. Hotel has a pool, sauna, gym, restaurant- everything you need for a great stay to rest and relax. The stuff is amazing, there are very few places like this. Applauses for that! Recommending 100000%. Hope we will stay once again someday. Good luck!

    Property is beautifull and cosy outside and inside. Parking is for free. The room is simple but extremly clean. The owner is great, talkactive and honest person. Food is G-R-E-A-T! Location is the best. In 30min you can get to Ski Circus, Zell am See, Kaprun, Kitsbuhel, Gerlos Alpenstrasse, Glossglockner Strasse(closed winter season). The village is very nice and cosy. The stuff is very nice. In Koch Pension I spent great, great, great time!!

    We were with a family of 5 for a summer holiday, so we had lots of space in the house with 5 bedrooms. Kids could play in the living room with various toys already present. Very well equipped, although slight dated, kitchen. All amenities were there and location is great base for various trips in the area (e.g. Weisssee, Wildkogel, Zell am See etc). Nice to park the car in your own garage, and the host is super friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet and friendly neighbors in the street, and two bakeries in town nearby.

    The house is located in the township of Utendorf surrounded by the Alps. Upon arrival,we were warmly welcomed by the hostess and her mother.The room was not big but very cosy. The breakfast was partcularly rich and tasty. Free car parking at the house.The place is very comfortable for further visiting Kriml waterfalls and city of Alpbach or going to Insbruck.Recomend for all.

    The lodges are in a nice quiet location, with no noise from neighbours. The bedrooms and living/dining area were a good size, and had a nice cosy feel and it was always warm. It was also nice to have several bathrooms. All the doors and fittings were soft-close, so no noise from banging doors. Overall it was very comfortable and well appointed. The two underground parking places per accommodation were also very convenient.
