The breakfast was very satisfying and was an excellent starter for the day! The breakfast included cheese, butter, vegetables, bread, cereals, boiled eggs, cakes, and more - it was far beyond our expectations. The room was large and comfortable, always clean with new towels daily. The room was quite large and comfortable for a family of four. The beds were just great! Above all, the personal attitude of Andrea and Gerhard during our stay, and even before we arrived in Haus Heimat (through email correspondences), was yet another proof that we had chosen the right place. The Haus Heimat Hotel in Wagrain is located at a strategic point, where we could easily travel the country in all directions - to the west (Kaprun and Zell am see), to the east (Halstadt), and to the north (Salzburg). Also, we received vouchers for the Wasser Welt - the Water World - located just a 5-minute drive from the hotel. This water park is outstanding, and one of the best water parks we visited during our stay in Austria. To sum up, if we could choose once again, that would definitely be the Haus Heimat!

Once again an amazing stay at this boutique hotel which is right by the ski sloops. Staff very friendly and attentive to their guests. Breakfast amazing. Dinner is great and would also recommend eating at is sister hotel which is less than a 10 min walk away. Great spa with 3 saunas (2 brand new this year)

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Berggasthof Höllenstein. The hotel is situated in a stunning location, just 7 minutes away from the center. In my opinion, this is a unique place to stay, offering breathtaking views that you simply can't get down in the valley. I was warmly and graciously welcomed by the hostess, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are impeccably clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need. For me, it's a perfect 10/10! I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

    Great location for us as a stopover on our road trip from the UK to Slovenia and Croatia. Car parking was easy, a key factor on this trip, we're travelling in 2 cars and must look after our cars. The room was simple but spacious, all that was promised and everything we needed. Wagrainerhof Hotel next door, sister hotel, very friendly staff handled booking in and had a good bar food menu.. We had a great night! Would love to come back in winter, it must be picturesque.

    Clean, new, and modern room with a good location near 8rote gondola, which connects you with other ski resorts. Very nice sauna and spa area which we used. Ski bus stop just in front of the house. Free parking in front of the house. On our check-in, we received Wagrain guest card, which allowed us a free daly spa in the Wagran Water World, which is amazing. Mark was an excellent host, and he responded to every message and request. We highly recommend this place!

    The Hosts were very kind, late check-in was possible, and the breakfast was good. There was a heated ski storage room, so our boots were dry every day. There was also free parking and great view from the balcony.

    Wow! Maria was amazing! She was so nice! She welcomed us with a smile and great English, gave us tips for traveling in the area (also she provided us with Wagrain kleinarl guest card that saved us money on attractions nearby). She cooked us a great breakfast according to our taste :) The room was big, private and quiet, with an awesome view from the window and balcony. We had a small refrigerator for keeping cold food and free parking.

    The host was very accommodating and pleasant. Everything was explained clearly and we got fresh fruit on one of the days. The apartment had all of the basic stuff needed for a stay. The location is okay arriving by car but not so good otherwise. For us it worked well. There is free parking at the property and it is easy to drive anywhere from the property. The room is always chilly which is great on hot days.
