We loved everything about the property. The staff were just so nice and though the property is an older establishment, we found it comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the Pavilion Tavern where we had a lovely meal. To have the courtesy bus pick us up from the resort and bring us back when we were ready was an added bonus. We stayed two nights. I wish it had been longer. We almost didn’t book because of a number of bad reviews. I’m happy we did book Kooralbyn.. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Coby and James were lovely hosts, always very attentive and would answer messages promptly. They set up the fire place before we arrived and make sure to check if we needed any assistance with it throughout the stay. The house was lovely and clean, with a gorgeous kitchen and nice bedrooms. We greatly enjoyed our time here.

the property is perfectly isolated, yet just the right distance from Boonah to be able to get needed items. situated on a hillside among a lush, well kept garden that the local wildlife are very well in tune with. The cottage is basic, yet comfortable and spacious enough. the verandah has a perfect vista, overlooking the mountains of the distant Mt. Barney range. Craig and Caroline were very welcoming, and good hosts. We will certainly like to return to the Bilyana Cottages during future trips to Brisbane

It was clean and welcoming. Little touches were great. Lovely view and lots of space. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Very short walk to the pub and resort for a swim. Close to lookout and not too far to bush walks. Staff were great with communication even though I wasn't.
