    The room looks modern and extremely clean. Beds are super comfortable. Room is very warm in winter and has a great Wifi signal. Convenient parking at front door. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Definitely choose to stay again and would recommend it to everyone.

    The room was quite spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The heating system worked very well, hot water was always availableissues, rooms were clean n neat, the location was good as it was closer to gas station, near to highway, near to small restaurant on the highway for a quick english breakfast, It had private parking and it was safe. Cooma was only 20 min drive for a dinner at Indian restaurant, coles, ski rentals etc. Overall, it was a good experience.
