The comfort of the Shed, the decoration, the quality of everything in it, the surroundings, the availability and attentiveness of Emma, the perfect host. I never recommended a place to stay as much as I recommend this book one, a true wonderful experience and very well located to explore the beach at Sawtell and the Nacional Park of Dorrigo

Just perfect - definitely the best property I have ever stayed at . Immaculately clean and beautifully appointed . It felt luxurious and welcoming . Elizabeth had gone the extra mile to make our 2 night stay really special . Wish we could have stayed longer .

Everything was perfect. Attention to detail did not go un noticed. 5 stars all the way. Communion was clear, cottage was exceptionally clean, hosts have gone above and beyond to think of everything. Our stay was wonderful shame it was only for 1 night. Would highly recommend

Loved the look of the place and quiet location, and it’s not too far from the highway. We enjoyed being able to wander around the large garden with the many birds coming in for food and water. Able to have a relaxing swim in their pool and just enjoy the environment. The accommodation was very comfortable and contained everything that you would need. Breakfast food was in the fridge for cooking ourselves the next morning and it certainly was a hearty helping. The added bonus was that Gavin cooked us a beautiful dinner, spaghetti bolognese for the hubby and chicken salad for me both very delicious and it meant we didn’t have to venture out looking for food. Gavin was a very nice friendly host as was his partner.

It was absolutely amazing, Gail and James are perfect hosts and their attention to detail and cleanliness is incredible. We would highly recommend. The fridge and cupboards were stocked with all basic ingredients, dishes, pots and pans etc and a beautiful welcome gift awaited us on arrival.

Everything was wonderful! It was brand new and as per the photos, was like a luxury condo with all new furnishings and even a Breville coffee machine! They were the hostess with the mostest, always friendly and even gave us a welcoming pack. The location is convenient to come home to from exploring the surrounding Dorrigo NP and costal beaches. We spent New Years there and what a wonderful start to the year it was! Thank you so much to our hosts!

    Great location, beautiful property, on site parking and Chris was a great host, even when our dog kept wandering upstairs, Chris was kind and understanding. Easy to talk with and made us feel welcomed at his property. The yard was huge!!! Our dog couldn’t stop sniffing and exploring every inch of the place (even managed to find his way into the pond for a paddle about). Their dog was also pottering around the property, super friendly and our dog loved hanging out with him.
