There was just a box with the keys in it and to get the key we simply had to enter our mobile number and voila! Very quick and easy. The shower is AMAZING! The A/C was already switched on, which was a nice touch. Comfy beds and pretty quiet, even though the motel is right in the middle of town. There is a microwave. It was central to the main street, and everything we needed for our one night stay. The free parking was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. When I had trouble getting the key from the lockbox, I rang the number and the receptionist helped me through it, but that was the only contact I had with anyone.
