It was great, everything was as described and even better. Very clean and tidy. You can see how much effort was put to keep it that way. Would love to just stay in the house for a day, but had a lot of travel plans around the Great Ocean Road. Next time would give it an extra day :)

    The room was fitted out well, plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Bathroom and kitchenette facility fresh and clean. We only stayed one night but the lawn space was attractive for persons staying longer. We ate an evening meal at Hampden Hotel a short distance from the motel. It was busy that night but the meal was good. Car park outside the Motel door and convenient.

    Location- on edge of town but easy 5’ walk to shops and restaurants. Allocated car parking . Spacious room, bathroom cosy if both using at same time but excellent shower - pressure and temperature. Reception staff knowledgeable of local area .
