First off, Rowena was the absolute best host. So friendly and accommodating. She even made sure I didn't lose my washing I had put outside when it became windy whilst I was out. She was personable and she was genuine in her care shown. Not once did we feel uncomfortable. She even went to the effort of the little things like having washing powder, and some snacks ready on hand. It was a quick walk to the crown plaza. And even better there is a free bus into town right around the corner. It felt safe The bed was comfortable. The accommodation was super clean. The shower pressure was so good. Cannot rate high enough. Thanks Rowena for making our stay one to remember. We appreciate you 🙏

    Staff where friendly and rhe room was great value for money. It was good to have the bistro downstairs and parking close by . Will definitely stay again when down there.

    Was charge for smoking in room and I don’t smoke , they opened a tied up rubbish bag and went thru it , total invasion of privacy , and to top it off my car was reversed into in car park!
