Easy access, centrally located, well kept, great rates. The staff was exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful. The owner, Brea, tries to assure that every guest feels welcome and leaves a happy customer. A special feature is the family rooms which provide more space for a family without splitting them up. Highly recommend staying at The Mackay Resort Motel.

Close proximity to city centre and major shopping centre; management was very obliging with whatever I wanted, even drove me to shopping centre so I didn't have to walk; complimentary daily continental breakfast was more than well stocked; the daily room straightening was also a welcome surprise. All in all, the motel was the best part of my stay.

The service was out of this world. Our hostess went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable. Sal and Al did an amazing job by making sure we had a great time. The rooms were amazing for the price. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would!
