What a great hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were very impressed that after flying for 15 hours, we were able to check in early and get some sleep before adventuring out. The rooms had blackout shades which were such a bonus! Very comfortable beds, great breakfasts, perfect location for exploring the city. Staff was so friendly, accommodating, and available. Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. Stayed for a month whilst working at the uni of Newcastle. So easy to get about from the apartment anywhere in Newcastle. It had everything I needed for a long stay - the washing machine, tumble dryer and airer were well used! Super helpful management of the property who managed to get me in early after 36 hours of travelling from the UK. If I were coming to Newcastle again (I wish I'd be happy to move!) the. I would definitely stay here. Highly recommend.

location was amazing, staff were so friendly and super helpful. The rooms were so clean and the facilities were amazing. I loved the set up of the room, the bathroom and shower area. we arrived early and the staff were so helpful, took our bags, rang us when a room became available and when we returned had already placed all our luggage in the room.     Location of the Kingsley is excellent (we went to a concert at The Civic) . Car parking (valet) a very prompt service. Dinner was lovely, service excellent. We have dined and stayed there before, earlier this year, so hopefully next time the menu has changed. Breakfast quality was good but the coffee machine coffee a little disappointing. (Didn’t pay for a barista made one) The in room coffee machine better tasting.
