The location was fabulous, close to the beach, town and golf club. When we arrived our grazing platter was in the fridge as was the breakfast tray for the next morning. The dinner in our room was well prepared with easy instructions to reheat. beautiful teas in the room to enjoy.

So much. The location was great. The facilities, amenities and all the added touches were amazing. It was our first night in country and we'd been travelling for 2 days, so we were hoping for a bit of luxury, but didn't quite expect the excellent tv services - brilliant when jetlag wakes you up at 3am! Everything was absolutely spot on.

The rooms are quirky, huge, and very very comfortable and the welcome box with treats and breakfast makings was a lovely unexpected surprise. The meals at the restaurant were excellent, and it was so nice to just step across the courtyard and into bed.

We had a great stay at this holiday property in Queenscliff! The house was big and spacious, and it was wonderful having the whole place to ourselves. The bunk beds were perfect to fit all of us, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Special thanks to Maria at reception, who was very friendly and helpful — she even called ahead to confirm our arrival time and made sure we had clear instructions in case we checked in after hours. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay!

    Breakfast was not supplied. Queenscliff and Pt Lonsdale accommodation is expensive and this place is quite well priced. It was a good location, parking was easy, in our price bracket. Non contact arrival worked well. Our room No 1, was very clean. Was not aware that there are 2 dog friendly units until arrival. Was pleased to read that and will consider maybe bringing our 2 small dogs with us next time. Only 2 coat hangers supplied but more arrived upon request which was good.

    The property was lovely in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed for our week's stay. The beds were really comfortable and each room had air conditioning for those hot nights. Very close to all facilities-good coffee, good cafes and eatery's. Off street parking and proximity to the beach made it the best place we have stayed at in Pt.Lonsdale.

    Travelling by motorbike, found a spot to park in the bike shed otherwise it would have been a bit tricky as the parking is all on grass. The style of the building is lovely and the heating very affective. Would definitely recommend it or use again if travelling through.

    Very spacious, comfortable room, ample parking, short walk to the beach, shops, pier and lighthouse. The staff were very helpful and I was very impressed our check in and out was all completed as 'contact-less'
