AustraliaTerri and Ray were amazing hosts, super friendly and they have created a wonderful self contained apartment in Armidale with everything you could possibly need at your disposal. A very short 5 minute drive will get you to the centre of town making this property an ideal location. The apartment was clean and well equipped and they have done a great job making you feel at home. We could only stay 1 night but would have loved to have stayed longer even just for the friendly conversation.. We were given suggestions for dining and things to see and do and felt very welcomed.

Pub downstairs was currently closed due to renovations, but staff were friendly, helpful and amazing, the upstairs has been renovated beautifully for a pub rooms. Great shower products and tea and coffee supplies. Ample parking behind for guests and super easy walk to all shops and food places, literally on your doorstep. Easy parking at back of hotel and I feel once all the restorations are completed it will be a comfortable place to stay. Bed was comfortable. Large shower. Good water pressure and nearly instant hot water. Room was small but very clean. Quiet considering it is located just back from New England Highway.
