The room was a great size. The shower was great. The windows open. Loved the quietness when you shut they windows. Couldn't hear the traffic. The breakfast room was an excellent addition. The shopping centre Knox was a 5 minute away, great.

Great location with wonderful host that provided us the directions in person right up to the apartment. Place was very clean and well furnished. It was showroom standard. Pantry had basic cooking spices and seasoning. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glassware, and plates/bowls. Pillows and blankets were comfy, and I liked the soundproofing (closed windows) since it was next to the main road. Toilets were clean, and the shower gel was nice smelling. Washer and dryer worked well, and the house appliances were clean and good quality. Since the apartment was above the mall, it was very convenient to go shopping anytime.

The room was spacious, very clean and the kitchenette had all the utilities to be able to cook a meal if you wanted .The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Food could be ordered from restaurants and have a delivery to your room. There was a bus stop close to the hotel for public transport.

Chris is an excellent and very friendly and helpful host. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The location is calm and convenient for those not focusing on busy inner city but on Melbourne’s green surroundings. His breakfasts are prepared to perfection and to guests wishes, his kindness is legendary and conversation interesting and fun. He makes fantastic coffee and the best poached eggs we ever had. Lots of his produce are homemade. This will become our second home when visiting Australia again.

    Location. Right next to a shopping mall. Ease of parking. Washer and dryer in the kitchen. Coffee option was great. Beds were really comfy. Cleaning service everyday except Sunday. Lovely reception staff members. Two bathrooms and showers made it easy for us as we were a family of four.
