Staying in a tram was such a unique experience, and the restoration was so well done. My son who’s a train / tram lover was so thrilled! The beds were very comfortable and the hosts managed to fit all the necessary amenities into a small space. The outdoor area with swings was really nice for the kids to play at.

    The views were spectacular especially the roos on the golf course. The underground parking (without having to book) was a lovely touch. The breakfast was passable, nothing spectacular here.

    Staff were excellent throughout our stay. Very friendly and professional. We had dinner at the bar and the food and drinks were good. The place is a bit tired, but very clean and comfortable. Our room was large (two double beds, sitting area) and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was great. Great value.

    The room was spacious and comfy with a nice view of the courtyard. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Perfect location if you want to explore the Yarra Valley, we did a tour of the wineries, and it was a great location for that. Bonus was we walked round the property at sunset and saw loads of kangaroos. It was very peaceful. We were in a bigger car, so couldn't fit in the underground parking, but there was still plenty of parking available, just a slightly further walk away.
