Staff are exceptionally polite, efficient, and helpful. The room is always very clean and housekeeping cleaned the room in the morning and came around in the afternoon to see if I needed extra help or water. Location is good. Very accessible but away from the area with heavy traffic. Food in the hotel is good and there are bakery, Korean restaurant, seafood restaurant within walking distance too.

Staying at Radiance Residence was a delightful experience! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was beautifully maintained, with free cleaning services that kept it spotless throughout my stay. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful touches, like the welcome snacks and a well-stocked tea/coffee corner, which made me feel instantly at ease. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet close to all the conveniences I needed. Khandaker Sumon, a talented Bangladeshi filmmaker, was an exceptional host. His creativity and attention to detail were evident in the thoughtful design and care put into the apartment. Great hotel overall. Location is good, not far from the center and airport. The personnel is extremely helpful and speaks good English. Also, one of the few places in the whole of Bangladesh where I saw a bathtub, which is a huge deal for me. Can't recommend enough, especially for the price they ask. 24/7 restaurant is 🤌
