My stay was perfect: from the very central location that made my travels around the city very easy and made me feel safe at night; to the kindness of the staff; my room (107) so tastefully decorated and quiet; the delicious breakfast in the hotel garden. The hotel offered an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. Every room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Having a washing machine with detergent available allowed me to do laundry the same day, and the iron provided was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were handled without front desk interaction, but responses on WhatsApp were quick, making the entire stay smooth and hassle-free.
