    Friendly and pleasant attitude from the staff. My arrival was late in the midnight, but I had no discomfort. Everything was already arranged and I just had to pick up my key and papers from the secured box. Even they allowed me to park the car in the private parking lot the next day without charging additional fee.

    Room was clean and tidy, pretty spacious. The hotel is located right in the city center which is very convenient. Has a compact underground parking lot for customers. The breakfast was good, with reach variety of choice for a meal. The bar however is quite limited for a cocktails choice in the evening but you always could negotiate ;) Very polite personnel on reception, gyms, and free snacks add even more bonuses for the stay.

    The room was reasonably large, the breakfast had plenty of options, the underground parking was 20 euros per night but it was a secure car park, the location was good as you could walk into the city centre in about 10 minutes.

    This hotel is located near the old town of Brussels. Comfortable to reach by foot or with nearby public transport. The hotel is very nicely decorated and modern, has an overall very artsy, but at the same time clean look. Staff were really friendly. Lots of parking spaces in the underground parking lot. Rooms were huge with big comfortable beds. A refrigerator with water and all toiletries in the bathroom provided. My room had a nice view overlooking the city. Breakfast had a big selection of food and drinks, good quality and tasty.

    Getting to the city center took more time than I expected (about 30 min by bus). Interior is ok, but quite old. Breakfast was good and it was enough for us. Underground parking is a bit small, just a few places, but there are not so many hotels with parking nearby, so it is a huge plus.
