"Our stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. The facilities were excellent and exactly as described. It's not really a hotel, but a house turned into a B&B. There isn't a reception or staff around, but they contacted me via whatsapp to let me know how to access the room. Irina (I think that's her name) goes to the house to prepare breakfast, and she's very helpful and friendly. They assisted us via whatsapp when needed. The room is really beautiful, and the bathroom looked like it'd been renovated recently. Breakfast was also great! Location is also good enough. It's a 10min-walk from the city center. But everything is beautiful in Bruges, so I didn't mind the walk at all.
